    • Completed Projects: Once a project has been completed and delivered to you, it is considered finalized. No cancellations can be made after this point.
  2. Refund Policy:

    • Projects in Progress: In cases where a project is canceled during the development stage, a refund may be applicable after deducting a 2% processing fee. The processing fee covers administrative costs and any non-recoverable expenses incurred up to that point. The remaining refund amount will be processed and returned to you using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Completed Projects: Due to the nature of our services, refunds will not be provided for completed projects. We encourage you to thoroughly review project details, communicate your requirements clearly, and provide timely feedback during the development process to ensure that the final deliverables meet your expectations.
  3. Communication and Resolution:

    • We value open communication and are committed to resolving any concerns or issues you may have. If you are unsatisfied with our services or have questions about cancellations or refunds, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
  4. Exceptions:

    • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
    • Violation of Terms: If we find that a client has violated our terms of service or engaged in unethical or fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to deny cancellations and refunds.
